| Ministry of Public Works Highway Department Regulatory Circular 28/2009 came into force on 20th October 2009. Its objectives were to update Regulatory Circular 321/95 T and P and Regulatory Circular 6/2001, establish new criteria for the design and installation of metal safety barriers and provide a new list of recommended systems. |
