8. Attach the motorcycle rail to the mounting bracket assembly using a M16x40 mushroom headed bolt with nut and washer.
9. Join one length of motorcycle rail to another using six M16x30 mushroom headed bolts with nuts and washers, overlapping the two in such a manner that no leading edges face the flow of traffic.
10. Align and adjust the height of the motorcycle rail, and establish the tightening torque of the bolts. Remember that the lower edge of the rail should be 3 cm. from the ground.
