| 3.2.2. Installation of the System on an Existing Crash Barrier |
| For situations in which the basic BMSNA4/120a system comprising posts, rails and spacers has already been installed, the installation procedure for the AS-SM6.A system is as follows: |
| • Fitting of mounting bracket. |
|
1. Loosen the M16x40 mm. mushroom headed bolt joining
the barrier to the spacer, but do not remove it. |
| 2. Slide in the mounting bracket and retighten the bolt. |

| 3. Fit the other part of the mounting bracket in the central mounting hole on the barrier, using a M16X40 mushroom headed bolt with nut and washer. |
