| 3.2.1. Installation of the Complete System |
| Start installing the BMSNA4/120a protection system as described in Standard UNE-135124. The only difference is that when the spacer is being bolted to the guardrail a special mounting bracket is slid between these two components to allow attachment of the motorcycle guardrail. |
| Stage by stage description of the installation process: |
| • Driving of posts and positioning of spacers. |

1. The barrier is laid out on the ground and aligned to determine where the posts are to be driven.

2. Post “C” is driven into the ground, taking care to ensure that its final height is correct.
|
3. A standard spacer is attached to support “C” with three M16x35 mm. hex bolts, nuts and washers.
